Eventtia offers your guests the ability to easily accept or decline your invitations. This feature allows you to quickly identify guests to follow up with and those who do not wish to participate.
Here is how to enable this feature.
1. Create the invitation email :

The tags to copy and paste into your email at the desired location are as follows :
- For acceptance : ${registration_url}, For a "link" format er ${registration_button}, For a "button" format
- Pour le refus : ${cancellation_url}, For a "link" format or ${cancellation_button}, For a "button" format
2. Configure the confirmation message for accepting and declining the invitation.
Once the guest has made their choice, a message will be sent to confirm that they have been successfully registered or that the invitation decline has been acknowledged.
- If the participant accepts, they are redirected to the registration form. Once completed, they will receive the "welcome email." This article will remind you how to set it up : Customize the confirmation email and messages
- If the participant declines the invitation, they will receive the email that you have created via the "Guests" module, then "Action" and "Settings". :
You access the email cancellation customization area, complete the subject and content of the email, using the tags provided below the text box to personalize the content. :
PS : Don't forget to send a test email before finalizing the format and content, ensuring it's ready for final sending.
3. Send your invitations
Once the settings are finalized, your email is ready to be sent to your guests :

If the guest accepts, they will be redirected to the registration form :
If the guest declines, they will be redirected to this page:
Once the email is sent and the first registrations are recorded, this will be traceable from the "Guests" tab.
- Accepted: Guests with the green status "Registered"
- Rejected: Guests with the red status "Cancelled"
- Pending response: all other guests (no mention)
From the mass communication module, use the "To" filter to follow up only with participants who are "not yet registered" (= haven't responded yet).
