My attendees are not displaying correctly on my Networking Session even though they are already registered to my event

You set up a Networking session, you have participants registered to your event, however they are not showing inside the participants' tab. Did you by any chance registered your attendees before creating your Networking session?

This happens quite often. Whenever you have an event with Networking meetings, you must set up the Networking Session before registering your participants, whether they are registering through a website or by importing a list of attendees directly to our system.

How do I know if my attendees are correctly set up for their Networking Meetings?

When you have participants correctly set up in your Networking Session, you should be able to see then on the Networking Module, inside the "Participants" tab

If they are not there you should check the Networking profiles.

If that's not helping then you must have created the attendees before you set up your Networking.

When your participants are correctly registered to your Networking, you would see the  "Networking Stats" inside their profile on the Registration module > Attendees like this:

When your participants were created before you set up your Networking or if your event doesn't have a Networking session, they should look like this:

So, what should you do if you registered my participants before I created the Networking? 

When you only have a few participants registered, you should simply go inside their profile and hit "save" the system will now recognize this participant as part of the Networking. 

If you have lots of participants registered, don't worry, just send us an email to  help@eventtia.com letting us know that you registered your participants before creating the Networking and we will help you solve it.
