The Event Mobile App publication service is not included by default in Eventtia licenses and requires an additional fee.
If you would like to publish your event mobile app on Google Play and/or the Apple App Store, please contact your Customer Success Manager to receive a quotation and discuss the publication timeline.
Important: Mobile app publication requests must be managed directly through your Customer Success Manager. They will will coordinate the publication process with Eventtia's Technical teams.
Step 2: Prepare the Required Assets and Information
Once the service has been approved, your Customer Success Manager will ask you to provide the assets and information required by Google Play and Apple App Store.

Step 4: App Preparation and Submission
-
Once all assets have been validated, Eventtia will prepare the application and submit it to the selected stores.

The application will then enter the review process managed by Google and/or Apple.
Important: The app must not use verification-code authentication before publication. Store reviewers must be able to access the application using the credentials provided during the review process.
Step 5: Store Review
-
After submission, Google Play and Apple App Store will review the application. Review times vary and are entirely managed by the stores and may change without notice and may be longer during periods of high demand.
Step 6: Respond to Store Feedback (If Required)
In some cases, Google or Apple may request additional information, content updates, or modifications before approving the application.
If this happens:
- Your CSM will notify you of the feedback received.
- You will need to provide the requested changes, assets, or content updates.
- Eventtia will resubmit the application for review.
Additional review cycles may extend the publication timeline.
Step 7: Publication and Store Approval
Once the application is approved, it will be published on the selected stores. Eventtia will share the store links with you so that attendees can download the application.
Important: Final approval and publication decisions are made exclusively by Google and Apple. Eventtia cannot guarantee approval dates or influence review decisions.
Expected Timelines
The total publication timeline depends on:
- The time required to collect all assets and information.
- Eventtia's preparation and submission process.
- Google Play review times.
- Apple App Store review times.
- Any additional feedback requested by the stores.
For this reason, we strongly recommend starting the publication process at least 4 weeks before your event date.
