How to get in touch with the Eventtia Team via chat?

Need help with Eventtia? This quick guide shows you how to get support, describe your issue clearly, and find answers fast through our support chat and knowledge base.

1. How to Find Help

  • First, find the help icon in Eventtia, you'll see a small chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • Click it to open the "chat" button, then click on the default "Eventtia Support" Chat and type your question.

2. Describe Your Issue

  • In the text box, describe your problem as clearly and in as much detail as possible.
    For example, instead of writing "My account doesn't work,"
    write something like: "My account won't let me log in; I'm getting an incorrect password error, but I'm sure it's correct."

  • The more details you provide, the faster we can help you.

3. Get a Response

  • Once you send your message, our AI Customer Agent will register it as a "ticket." You will get an immediate automated response with links to help articles that could solve your problem. If you need more help, don't worry— the customer agent is powered by our knowledge base and will solve your doubts. If by any chance, the question or request is beyond the customer agen'ts knowledge, request to "talk to a Human Agent" and a member of our team will see your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

4. Score our support

  • Once your issue is resolved, you'll receive a short survey asking you to rate our support. Your feedback is crucial for helping us improve our service and provide the best possible experience. We truly appreciate you taking a moment to share your thoughts.

  • To access the knowledge base, click on the help icon and the click on the "help" button.
