How to analyse the impact of mass emails ?

    • Open: The status of emails that have been "opened" along with their opened dates

If you need to resend a specific message, you can do so easily by clicking the paper plane icon next to the corresponding address line.

  • To quickly access sending errors, navigate to the "With errors" tab. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all messages that encountered sending issues, along with details on the specific types of errors for each message.

  • Bounced: These are emails that could not be delivered and were returned by our mail servers. This occurs when the recipient's server does not recognize the original mailing address or its domain name (e.g., @eventtia.com). To minimize the chances of encountering bounced emails, we recommend reading the following article: How to Customize the Sender Email Address in Eventtia.
  • Dropped: These emails are intentionally rejected by our distribution system for several reasons, which may include:
    • The recipient has marked the email as SPAM.
    • The recipient's email address is invalid.
    • The email was flagged as SPAM by the recipient's email system due to certain characteristics, such as excessive use of large text in the subject line or an abundance of images that may be perceived as overwhelming or spam-like.
  • Correct the misspelled email address : You can now edit the email address that was incorrect (misspelled or mistyped) before resending it.
