Avoid SPAM in your mass emails

You can configure Eventtia to send emails on behalf of your domain (example: company.com) and therefore be able to use your own email address.

In order to do so, you will need to authorize our domain first.  This is done by making an entry in your domain DNS records.

If you're not familiar with this procedure, ask your technical team to do it for you.

  • You'll need to create a new TXT register in your domain DNS with the following value: v=spf1 include:eventtia-mailer.com -all
    It's important to note that a domain can only have one SPF record.  If your domain already has a SPF record, you can add a reference to our domain.  Having more than one SPF record could produce problems and avoid your emails being delivered.

    For example, instead of having two different records like:
    v=spf1 include:domain.com -all  and
    v=spf1 include:another-domain.com -all

    You can combine them into a single one as follows:
    v=spf1 include:domain.com include:another-domain.com -all

Important:
When configuring the email addresses used to send emails from Eventtia, make sure to use the domain you configured in the previous step.
This will increase the deliverability of your messages and keep them away from the spam folder of your recipients' emails.

Before starting mailing campaigns, make sure you do this modification to ensure better results.
