How to set up the "Social Wall" for my event

We understand having interactions between your participants on your events is a must, that is why we have created the "Social Wall" module so your attendees can share their experience in your event with a comment or photo.

In this step-by-step article, we will show you how to do it:

Step 1.

To set up the "Social Wall" for your event:

  • Navigate to your event within Eventtia.
  • Access the "Virtual Stage" module.
  • Click on "virtual stage settings".

  • Go to the "Modules" tab

  • Look for the "Social wall" module and click on the pencil to edit

  • Then check on the box to enable it and make sure the module name is set as you require it.

  • Remember to "Save" changes

Step 2.

  • The Social Wall module will appear inside the Virtual Stage or Mobile App on the Navigation Bar
  • Your participants will be able to post comments and add images or photos on the social wall to let the other participants know how they are enjoying your event.

Step 3.

  • If you wish to delete a comment you can go back to Eventtia and go to the Virtual Stage module and then "Social Wall"
  • Click on the magnifying glass to look at the post, comment and/or picture

  • Then click "Delete" if you want to erase that comment

You're all set to configure the Social Wall for your event.
