Now you have an option to send automatic reminders for your participants before an activity starts. Check out this step-by-step to learn how to use it
Before setting up automatic reminders for your activities, please ensure you have at least one activity configured within your event. Once you have activities in place, you can enable and customize reminders for your attendees.
Step 1.
To send activity reminders to attendees:
- Navigate to your event within Eventtia.
- Open the "Program" module.
- Access "Advanced Settings".
- Activate the reminder option
Note: Always click on "Save" to activate the reminder
- Select how many hours before the activity starts to send the attendees reminder.
Step 2.
You can set up one template reminder to be sent to all your attendee types or set up a specific reminder for each participant type:
- If you want to create a template reminder for all attendee types, you can fill in the General template by adding a subject and the text of the reminder.
Step 3.
- If you’d prefer to set up a specific reminder for each participant type, you’ll need to click on the corresponding attendee type and configure the reminder individually.
- Or you can do it directly to the types module:
- Click on the corresponding attendee type, and in the Messages tab, compose the Activity Reminder under “Workshop email remainder” once the Reminder option has been enabled.
- Then customize the email subject and body for your reminder. Remember to use available tags to personalize your message.
