In this article, you'll learn how to find the required Saferpay credentials and configure the integration in your Eventtia account. #### Before you start - **Important:** The Worldline Saferpay integration must be enabled on your Eventtia account before you can configure it. If you would like to use this payment gateway, please contact your **Customer Success Manager** or reach out to us at **[help@eventtia.com](mailto:help@eventtia.com)** to request activation. Once the integration has been enabled, make sure you have access to your **Worldline Saferpay account** and permission to manage its settings. You will need the following information: - Saferpay Customer ID - Saferpay Auth Token - Saferpay Terminal ID #### Step 1. Find your Saferpay Customer ID - Sign in to your Worldline Saferpay account. - On the homepage, locate the value displayed next to **Customer**. This is your **Saferpay Customer ID**.![](https://help.eventtia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-05-2026-04-26-33-8882-PM.png?width=599&height=63&name=image-png-Oct-05-2026-04-26-33-8882-PM.png) - Copy this value, as you will need to enter it in Eventtia. #### Step 2. Create your Saferpay Auth Token From your Worldline Saferpay account: - Go to **Settings**. - Select **JSON API basic authentication**. - Click **Create new JSON API login**. - Enter a password and a description for the new login. - Create the new JSON API login. This is the value you will use as your **Saferpay Auth Token** in Eventtia.  **Important:** Make sure to save the key when it appears. Add your Saferpay credentials to Eventtia Once you have collected the three required values, add them to the Worldline Saferpay integration in Eventtia: - **Saferpay Customer ID:** the **Customer** value from your Saferpay account. - **Saferpay Auth Token:** the authentication key generated when creating the JSON API login. - **Saferpay Terminal ID:** the **Contract number** associated with the selected terminal. ![](https://help.eventtia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-05-2026-04-38-25-3558-PM.png?width=549&height=219&name=image-png-Oct-05-2026-04-38-25-3558-PM.png) - Make sure all three values match the information in your Saferpay account before saving the configuration.
