Il est important de définir ces restrictions **avant** de lancer votre session, car vous ne pourrez **plus les modifier ni en ajouter** une fois qu’un rendez-vous aura été planifié. Il existe deux types de restrictions horaires qui peuvent s’appliquer pendant votre session de networking: **Restriction horaire globale** : une restriction imposée par l’organisateur de l’événement à tous les participants d’un certain type de profil networking, par exemple s’il y a une conférence ou un atelier obligatoire à un moment donné. **Restriction horaire personnelle** : des restrictions créées par les participants et qui ne s’appliquent qu’à eux-mêmes, ce qui signifie que personne ne pourra demander un rendez-vous avec eux à ce moment-là. #### 1. Restrictions horaires globales - Pour créer ce type de restriction, allez dans le module **Networking**, puis dans l’onglet **Profils Networking**. Restrictions horaires personnelles - Pour créer une restriction personnelle pour un participant, allez dans l’onglet **Participants** de votre session networking. Pour bloquer un créneau, cliquez simplement sur le bouton à côté de **Disponible** pour le faire passer de **Oui** à **Non**. ![Networking 5](https://help.eventtia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Networking%205.jpg?width=670&height=383&name=Networking%205.jpg) - Si cela vous convient, cliquez sur **Oui**. ![Networking 6](https://help.eventtia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Networking%206.jpg?width=670&height=131&name=Networking%206.jpg) Le créneau sera alors grisé et personne ne pourra demander de rendez-vous avec ce participant à ce moment-là. - Il est aussi possible de laisser les participants créer leurs propres restrictions horaires depuis la section **Mon Agenda** de l’application. - Pour activer cette option, allez dans l’onglet "**Profils de Networking"** de la session concernée, puis dans "**Informations générale"**.
