How to chat with us
We know that running an event often comes with urgent requests and that responses need to be instant. That's why we're happy to announce that we'll be offering a live chat feature in English, Spanish and French - available at the following times:
07:00 to 00:00 - Europe (GMT+1)
01:00 to 18:00 - East Coast America & Colombia (GMT-5)
14:00 to 23:00 - Europe
08:00 to 17:00 - East Coast America & Colombia
07:00 to 16:00 - Europe
01:00 to 10:00 - East Coast America & Colombia
Follow these steps to start chatting with one of our customer success reps:
- Log in to Eventtia using your registered credentials:
- Once signed in you will see a chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
- Click on this chat icon and a tab will open where you will be presented with two options: "Answers" and "Ask."
- Click on "Ask" and then the option for "Chat," will appear.
- After this, a box will open where you'll be able to type your questions and queries to one of our customer success reps who will get back to you instantly.
