Zoom Integration

We understand you want to be able to stream your Zoom Meetings and Webinars through Eventtia's Virtual Stage as easily as possible. In order to integrate your Zoom account in Eventtia you'll need to follow these steps:

Installation

  • Sign in to Eventtia
  • Click on the username and click on  “My account” option. 
  • Click on “Integrations”  tab
  • Click on “Actions”  and then click on “Add Zoom account” option
  • Authorize Eventtia to access your Zoom account.
  • Type the “Zoom account name” and Click on the “Save” button.
  • Now, you are ready to schedule activities using streaming type “Zoom” without entering API Key and JWT.

Usage

  • Create and update meetings
    • When you create an activity with streaming type Zoom and you choose “Meeting” on type option, we use your credentials to schedule or update  the meeting in your Zoom account
    • Prerequisites
    • Authorize Eventtia to access your Zoom account
  • Create and update webinars
    • When you create an activity with streaming type Zoom and you choose “Webinar” on type option, we use your credentials to schedule or update  the webinar in your Zoom account
    • Prerequisites
      • Authorize Eventtia to access your Zoom account

Uninstallation

  • Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Eventtia app.
  • Click the Eventtia app.
  • Click Uninstall.
